Business Building in Oakland with a Roof Leak

The storm breached the roof of this Oakland area commercial building allowing rainwater to accumulate in the attic crawl space. The Before Photo shows the water bubbles ready to burst. The heavyweight of the rainwater presented a safety risk, and our SERVPRO team pierced the blisters to allow the water to drain. We then performed a controlled demolition removing the non-salvageable sheetrock ceiling panels.
